To all of Leslie's family, we are so sorry that you have lost a wonderful father, grampie, and sibling. I always remember him as a child when we would see him always working so hard on the farm, yet he still had a smile and nod for everyone when he was out in the neighbourhood. I know you will all miss him very much, but he did live an amazing 97 years. Sincerely, Gwen & Doug Peck

Thank you Gwen and Doug. We well know that smile and nod. He was a man of few words but he loved well. We were so lucky to have him as a father and for so many wonderful years. Janice and Valerie and the boys.

Gwen & Doug, I am so glad that you have such a great memory of Dad, Gwen! We do miss him but we are blessed to have had him in our lives for so long. He was a wonderful father who taught us by example and loved us like no other. - Valerie

I met Leslie when he moved into Dykeland Lodge. He loved to tease and got it right back from me. He would love to play games of chicken in the hallways when he wasn't trying to run you down or go over your foot with his wheelchair. His mischievous twinkling eyes always gave him away! His handsome, smiling face will be missed by many at the lodge. I am definately one! He os now reunited with the lovely Helen for their next journey . Rest peacefully, Sweet Leslie, for you deserve to rest...

To the Haley Family, I am so very fortunate to say Leslie was my friend. He was an amazing man and such a strong spirit. He is now with his beloved wife Helen and they can both rest easy now. I am so very for the loss of first Helen and now Leslie. Two wonderful people. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten. RIP Leslie Haley.
