It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Shirley on Friday, January 17, 2020. Born October 14, 1945 in Burgeo, Newfoundland, and living most of her life in Spryfield, she was a daughter of the late Clara and Cecil Kinslow.
She is survived by her sister and friend, Jane (George) Briand; special niece, Debbie Briand; nephews, Paul (Patti) Briand, Scott (Julie) Briand and great nephews, Tim, Patrick, Chris and Drew Briand.
A celebration of life reception will be held Wednesday, January 22 from 2-4 p.m. at Royal Canadian Legion (Calais Branch 162), 45 Sackville Cross Road, Lower Sackville. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Shirley may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family by visiting: www.demontfamilyfuneralhome.ca
