My deepest condolences to Mr. Aulenback's family. I was a student of his from 94 to 96 at Kingstec and have many fond and funny memories of him during that time.

Orren was a remarkable instructor who taught me printing at Kinstech. I even stayed at his house once when I had no where else to go. I will always remember him and his kindness as I continue in the trade of letterpress printing.

My heartfelt condolences to the family. I just heard this sad news today and I had a flood of Memories from school as I worked my way through the Printing and Binding program at Kingstec. Mr. Aulenbach loved to teach and loved an eager mind even more. He never tired of my questions and always took the time to carefully answer or explain the task at hand.
I thought of him often over my career in the printing industry.
Again, please accept my condolences. He touched a lot a hearts over the years.

I was most saddened to hear of your Father's passing. Your father was a wonderful man and I have such vivid memories of his wit and fun loving ways . From our many years together at Kingstec we developed a special friendship and solved many of the problems of the world over our breaks and lunches together. I wish you much comfort, peace and many happy memories of Orren to get you through this difficult time. I am most sorry I can not attend the funeral tomorrow.

I was so sorry to read of your Dad's passing in the paper. Orren taught with my Dad (Boyd Taylor) at Kingstec. Dad always spoke highly of him. I also got to experience his gentle nature and quality instruction first hand, when I took his Printing Program in 1977. He was instrumental in helping me get my first job in the industry at League Printing in Halifax. He will be fondly remembered. Please accept my condolences at this difficult time.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I took offprinting at Kingstec in 1985-86. Orrin was my instructor and remember how passionate he was about his trade and have many found memories of him in class. Please accept my condolences. He was a great teacher.

Orren was my offset printing teacher at kentville vocational school back in the 1980s. There have been many times I've wondered what's he doing. It caught me off guard when I read his obituary in today's paper. I'm so sorry. My condolences to you the family. Orren will be missed by many even those he taught.

I wish to extend my sympathies to the family of Orren- Mr. Aulenback, as I called him when I took his Offset Printing class in 1991-92. I remember what a caring, family man he was, aside from being a great instructor. It was my first real time away from my home on the South Shore, and it was great to have someone from the same area to talk with, helping to overcome being homesick. He spoke often of his family, and his love for printing made him such a fantastic teacher. For as many memories I have of him, I pray those you carry with you will sustain you as you all grieve his loss.
