Dear Bob and family,
My sister just informed me of Fran’s death. I am presently in Florida so missed her obituary. I have many lovely memories of Fran and my association and friendship with both of you. She was a dear friend and very supportive of me during a difficult time in my life. I was always impressed with the wonderful marriage you both shared, one of kindness and a mutual deep love. Fran was a devoted mother to her children as well.My deepest condolences to you Bob and your family.

Dear Bickerton Family:
When thinking back it seems that we have never not known your Mother. Both Vivian and I were lucky enough to have gotten to be in her Grade 4 classroom. She was an extraordinary teacher who contributed so much to so many children in Windsor. As adults along with our Mum we got to share in her enthusiasm for both Windsor United Church and the UCW General. She was a warm gentle soul who always was so kind to everyone.
We are sure you will miss her a great deal.
With Deepest Sympathy.
Margaret, Betty and Vivian.

My dear Fran. Our teaching years together at Windsor Elementary were filled with such great memories of laughter, staff room humor, and togetherness. As a new teacher, Fran always had some little teaching antidote to share. She was a faithful UCW member, and I looked forward to seeing her and Bob at Windsor United each Sunday.
She holds a special place in my heart.

So sorry to learn of Fran’s passing. I remember when you lived on King St. just up the hill from Dad’s store and I use to babysit the kids when they were little. Every time we met, Fran always spoke and asked about our family. I hope you all have wonderful memories of this lovely lady to help you through this sad time.
