My heart-felt condolence to you and your family on the passing of this wonderful man. He was such a caring person, and will be missed by so many.
Burt provided our family with comfort and strength when mom (Marie Crowell) was ill, and later passed - as well as chats and visits to dad which he appreciated so much.

My heart is so heavy , your loss is so great ! I’m so greatfull for our visit at Windsor hospital. I know you were weak but we talked about god and you took my hand and I cried !!! You made me believe that my life was worth something , and that it’s never to late to change . I will miss our conversations the most and how we never let poor Donna get in a word !! Pastor Burt is rejoicing with his Heavenly Father. Today we are sad for Donna and children, and all who knew and loved him. Our tears are for all of us who are left behind. Burt was a humble man, speaking up to win souls for Christ.

I am so saddened to hear of Burt's passing. He was such an important part of my childhood. He buried my Mama in September and although I hadn't seen him in years it was like time stood still. He was just as always so kind, caring for others and still doing what he loved, living for our Lord. He was loved by so many. May you find strength and comfort knowing he is now with our Lord. Donna and family, I am saddened to hear of Burt's passing. I remember many parent teacher meetings with both of you as I taught each of your children. As a father he was so very concerned about his children and wanted the best for them. He set a wonderful example and it worked as each of his children grew into responsible adults. Burt was always respectful at meetings and never left without making me feel better as a teacher. I will forever remember his smile and his kind words. Kelly, Kevin.
