We were very sad to here that Clarence had passed; his passing is a loss to us but we know that he is now home, in the Loving Arms of Jesus. Clarence was a good man, I know that he led many to the father and had no problem in stepping out of his immediate circle if it meant that he could help with someone's hurt or pain. Compassion and his heart for pasturing was a noticeable mark of his life. Truly wish we could have been there to but sadly were not even aware of his passing until last night. We will pray for comfort and peace for all who loved him and for those that will miss him greatly. His legacy is one of love.

Our hearts go out to you and family as you mourn the passing of a loving husband and father. The passing of a loved is never easy even though one is redeemed for death has a sting to it. Clarence will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We have fond memories of our dear brother in the Lord. Clarence is now with his Lord in glory where there are no more ills of earthly life. Clarence had a strong faith and he now awaiths those who know his lord to be reunited with them once again in glory. Karen, this is not good-by but simply see you later in the sweet by and by.

To Clarences family
It was sad to learn of your loss. My wife, Ella, and I had not been acquainted with Clarence prior to our son, David's, sickness and death. We know what a good relationship you 2 Pastors had. Your warmth and friendship toward us was appreciated during our sadness.. which still exists. We can rejoice, however, knowing that Christ made a promise to all believers and that being in Christ's presence brings the two together again.. where tere is no more sickness, sadness or sorrow.
For your family, knowing Christ's promises will help to carry you through this time of loss and sorrow.
In Christian love, Doug and Ella

Dear Father in Heaven,
We come to You today greatly saddened and shocked that our dear Pastor Clarence has passed away. But we thank You for the blessings we received while he was here with us, Lord, as our well-loved Pastor and friend. We have been blessed indeed with witnessing Clarence's fine character, his kindness, his caring and his love for You and for his fellow man. You have given us a fine example of a true gentleman and devoted Christian who won't be forgotten. We have been affected greatly and in an uplifting way by Clarence's influence and presence among us. And, dear God, we thank You for all these things.
We ask that You be with Karen and family always, but especially for the next little while. Please give them the strength, support and encouragement that they will need as they struggle through their grief and their pain. Please help us provide Karen and her family with all the love, compassion, and grace that You can find in our hearts.
And Lord, we know that You will accept Clarence into your Heavenly fold. Welcome him; wrap your arms around him; comfort him; make him an Angel and give him something to do. Clarence has served You well on earth, and he will serve You well in Paradise.
Help us live our lives, Father, as Clarence lived his - humbly and fully dedicated to Jesus, our Saviour. Amen.
