What can I say percy was one of a kind a gentle soul and so funny with all his stories I’m so sad to hear of his passing ! I think I have always known percy all my life and always has a laugh or two and always greets ya with that smile and a toothpick on the side of his mouth and no matter how old I got it was “ hey kid” how you doing?
