Rick, Sadie, Wanda and families,
So sorry to hear of Sherry's passing. I have not seen her in many years, but chatted to her on Facebook. She shared a couple of memories of Girl Guides in Heart's Content with me, one of which was that she looked up to me in guides, which was a total surprise to me. We had a laugh over that. I know she was sick for a while so take solace in that she is no longer suffering and you will be with her again. May she rest in Peace.

We loved when we got to spend time with Sherry and Ellie especially enjoy chatting about cats and hummingbirds with her. When I showed Ellie the picture of the obit she said “I’ll miss her, she’s funny”! I feel the same as the lens of my 6 year old, she was funny, and also so much more.

To sherry’s family
I am so very sad to see sherry has passed what a great lady I work in the local hardware store and she would come in and we would always have a chat and she was so funny and so kind I will never forget during the COVID pandemic and she would come in and say hi hang in there and crack a joke or two she lighten up my days when things were so strange and stressful ! I am so blessed to have known such a wonderful woman. I think back on how many memories I have with her and her family.
Probably the best babysitting job ever, seeing all her friends come and play cards and laughing in the kitchen, my first baby shower was at her house, and when I was young and very pregnant she let me come swim in her pool, even when her health was not well she still thought if my family and what she could do to help us.
I wish more people were like her and I wish I had of spent more time with her.
I seen how much she loved Rick and her children and grandchildren.
She was strong and never wanted to burden anyone and just kept going.
I’m sorry for your loss to the entire family.
