Fondest memories of Irene and the Harvey family in the 1950s.
When she worked for Dr.Turner on Stannus Street in Windsor she often took my friend Louise and I to Grand Elm farm for weekend visits. We learned many things about farming and family values .

As I recall the wonderful times at the Farm, Irene always made me feel so welcome. She had a heart of gold. To know Irene and her sisters was a true honour. I remember my Mom talking about the parties they had at the Harvey's on a Saturday night. Irene should have been a photographer..
