Obituary of Rocco Napolitano

Age 66, of Curry’s Corner, formerly of Italy, passed away after a valiant fight with cancer on Friday, October 28, 2022, in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Rocco fittingly passed away on the first day of hunting season, always a passion for him. Born in Carife, Italy on August 14, 1956, he was a son of the late Giuseppe and Filomena Napolitano.

Rocco immigrated to Canada in his early 20s. He leaves behind his three children, whom he adored, Chiara of Alberta, Julian of Dartmouth, and Ethan of Three Mile Plains. He also leaves behind siblings, Severina, Carmelina, Angelina, Isa, Felice and Franco, all of Italy; as well as many nieces and nephews and good friends, Kate and Jeff Goodwin.

Besides his parents, Rocco was predeceased by brother, Paola, and nephew, Giuseppe.

Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317). There will be no visitation, by request. A funeral mass will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 2 in St. John the Evangelist Church, 339 King St., Windsor, Rev. Father John MacPherson officiating.
