Obituary of Evelyn Marie Fleck

Age 80, of Windsor, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 in Dykeland Lodge, Windsor. Born January 29, 1941 in Campbellton, NB, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary “Eva” (LaPointe) Barbour. Evelyn was a single Mom who took great pride in raising her son, Camren, on her own, despite her medical issues. Over the years she was an avid bridge player and she enjoyed curling. She is survived by her son, Camren (Sarah); grandsons, Cooper, Ethan and Hudson; brother, Michael (Mary Jayne) Barbour; sister-in-law, Jean Barbour; as well as several close life-long friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brother, Roddie Barbour. The family would like to thank the home care staff that helped Evelyn while she was still in her home. Also, the staff of Unit 500 and Dykeland Lodge for their care given to her during her time there. Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317). There will be no services by request.
