Obituary of Adam James Foster

Age 30 of Mount Uniacke, passed away on August 25, 2018.

Adam was born in Halifax to Kim and Jim on September 25, 1987. He attended high school in Windsor and graduated from Avon View in 2005. He went on to earn a diploma in automotive service and repair from NSCC and worked at several auto service departments, completing his apprenticeship to earn a Red Seal automotive service technician license.  Adam was most recently employed at Parts for Trucks Burnside location. He enjoyed kayaking and anything with an engine.

Adam is survived by his parents, Kim and Jim, Mount Uniacke; sister, Hilary, Charlottetown, PEI; and brother, Matt, Bedford.

Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317). An informal drop-in open house celebrating Adam’s life will be held in the funeral home’s Elmcroft Reception Centre on Friday, August 31 from 2 - 4 p.m. Feel free to drop by at any point to visit with the family and pay your respects. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Adam may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association, 2020 Gottingen St, Halifax, NS B3K 3A9.
