So very sorry to read this. Missy was wonderful and I was pleased to work with her at Avonview High School when I substituted in the resource class. She was excellent at her job, and had a knack for dealing with even the most troubled kids. Missy was a wonderful person. Her beautiful smile and great sense of humour always lit up a classroom. She was able to connect with all students and they enjoyed working with her. When Missy worked with my classes it was such a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all of us. Missy's children were the love of her life and when she spoke about them her eyes lit up. I'm so very very sorry for the families loss of Missy. She was one of the sweetest and kindest people I know. She was one of 5 people who didn't hesitate to say "yes" when I approached her about joining the committee I was trying to form to start Block Parents in the Falmouth/Mt. Denson.
