Dear Irene,
You can imagine the shock I felt when I read of Butch's untimely passing. I gather that it was very sudden & totally unexpected & that he was not suffering for an extended period.
That, I suppose, is something to be thankful for as I doubt Butch would have been a very good long term patient, even with your super care.
Although I have been gone from Scott for 25 years, I still have many great memories of the enjoyable times we had. As for Butch, I remember always being able to count on him for those extra cases when the chips were down.
Not only that, but the fantastic relationships he had with his customers was really something to behold & the pinical of it all was the National meeting we had where he had Harley show up at the Atlantic Division presentation to back up his big truckload
sale....he literally blew the whole meeting away virtually guaranteeing us the
President's National Cup.
Irene, I can tell you that being able to work with a gang of guys like Butch sure made life a lot easier for me & I will never forget them.
Denyse joins with me in passing along our heartfelt condolences to you & the family
in these challenging times. We will make a memorial donation in to Brigadoon children's camp in Butch's name.
