Over the years we have met many people but first and foremost I will say that Carl rose well above the others . He always had a positive outlook and took the time to reflect with out ever passing judgement . His ability is carried forward through his children which express talent and good values as they go onward .
Carl will always have a place in our lives as we have learned from him as well.
Sadly gone but will never be forgotten .

My condolences on the passing of your Dad.
It was always a special time when we would see the white sign arrive at the end of the driveway...knowing the garden was producing and the trees were laden with apples.
My Mum (Eileen DeMone) and I always enjoyed the wonderful visits with both your Dad and Mum, when stopping to pick up veggies and apples.

Dear Joan and Family
I was saddened to hear of Carl's passing. But a few weeks ago I met up with Carl and asked him about his garden. I have had many wonderful visits with both your Dad and Mum, when stopping to pick up veggies and apples. They are such great people.
Of course having Windsor Forks roots, with my Mum being a Begin girl, there was always lots to chat about.
I have great memories. Your family will find solace in wonderful memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.

Sorry to read of Carl's passing on face book tonight. I have several memories of Carl and Harley when they worked for Neil Lockhart building a piece on our house in Hantsport one summer back in the early 70's. Carl told us kids lots stories and we loved sitting around with him on his coffee and lunch breaks. He always had a well packed lunchbox.....He teased us as we picked up nails and scraps of wood for them. Years later would run into him from time to time in Windsor and he always knew who I was....condolences to the family.

So sorry for your loss Schofield Family. I have great memories of your Father from my summer visits as a kid and then as an Adult. He told the best stories and always made me laugh. I loved watching him and my Grandfather ( Charlie Bell) play cards. He always made me feel welcomed in your home and will always have a place in my heart and memories. I only knew of him, and the extended family conversations with Sherri...
