To The Family,
So sorry for your loss. Your mother always seemed to be around when there was a need and surely she was our church historian.
No matter how she was feeling, she would always come along and peel potatoes, man the bake table and take note of any comments as people left our dinners.
Losing a parent always leaves an empty space in our lives; with time, the space heals.

Kay and Cecil were my god parents; and always greeted me with a welcoming smile. Since Cecil's passing, I looked forward to seeing Kay at church each Christmas when I could make it home for the service. She was an extended part of my family and will be deeply missed.

Bryant & I are so sorry to hear of Aunt Kay's passing. She was a wonderful woman that was always helpful, kind & generous to everyone that she knew. The last time we visited Nova Scotia in September 2015 we met Kay at Church and she looked absolutely radiant in a pretty blue sweater that matched the colour of her eyes. She looked 15 years younger than her 82 years.
I have many happy memories of visiting Kay,Cecil & the family as a child when I was growing up & then visiting them with my own family when I became an adult that had moved away from home.
Aunt Kay was truly a devoted Christian all of her life that worked hard to support her Church and community as well as caring for her family.She will be greatly missed by all of the people whose lives she touched in such an inspiring & loving way. She was truly a special person.
