I was stationed in NS until I retired in 1998. I worked in "H" Division headquarters and knew Earl very well. He was a gentleman and a friend. I am sure he will be greatly missed.

I'm was so sorry to hear of the passing of Earl. I was stationed and on the same Watch as Earl. I found him to be of the most engaging and caring. He treated me, as he did with all the members and the public with respect. Earl took the time the time to help a "rookie" learn some of the ropes. I was appreciated then and after all these years it still very much appreciated. I lost track of Earl and family after the transfer back east and often wondered as to what became of Earl and his family.
Earl was a proud man, proud of his eastern heritage and his service with the RCMP

Dear Barb and family..I was saddened by this news of Earls passing. Remembering all the wonderful times we had over the years makes us realize how time goes by so fast.

We extend heartfelt condolences to the Walker family during this time of loss. We both have fond memories of Earl, my husband having served in the Force as well. Their time in Halifax was full of work, but many funny stories and life experiences came from that time. I also enjoyed his company.
