I have attempted to watch your Remembrance Service and what I saw was quite lovely. However, I could not hear anything more than a whisper even with the volume turned up full. I'm not trying to critique your work only to inform you of what my device was able to receive. I thank you for providing the Remembrance Service over the Internet and maybe there is something you could suggest to make it more audible. Thanks again, Trish Lowthers
