Irene M. Lunn, 87, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, December 24, 2013. Born in Three Mile Plains, NS, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Vera (Dauphinee) Parker. Irene was a homemaker, loved her flower garden at home, enjoyed spending precious time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and prior to her illness, she enjoyed vacationing with her husband Earle and she was a member of Lewisville Baptist Church.Irene will be sadly missed by her husband, Earle Lunn (68 years), daughter, Kathy Harris-Vaughan (Victor) of Riverview, son, Bryant Lunn (Maxine) of Marmora, ON; grandchildren, Kristy Garland (Joey) of Moncton, Mark Harris (Sarah) of Miramichi, Daren Lunn (Hope) of Ontario, Clarissa Kleinlagal of Ontario and Carson Lunn (Kim) of Miramichi; 11 great grandchildren; great-great grandson, Jayden Lunn of Toronto, ON; sister, Gwen Milner (Bev) of Falmouth, NS; brothers, Ken Parker of Falmouth, NS and Karl Parker (Isabel) of Penticton, BC; sister in law, Julie Muir of Windsor, NS.  In addition to her parents, Irene was predeceased by her sister, Amy Vincent and brothers, Ernest and Harley Parker. Visitation will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (506-858-1995) on Thursday, December 26, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Mrs. Lunn will then be transferred for visitation at Windsor Baptist Church, 411 King St. Windsor on Saturday, December 28, 2013, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, followed immediately by a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jeffrey White officiating. Reception following the service in the Church Hall. Interment will be held in Maplewood Cemetery, Windsor. Arrangements in Nova Scotia have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., PO Box 981, Windsor, NS B0N 2T0 (902-798-8317).
