Obituary of Angus David Sampson

Age 65, of Three Mile Plains, Hants Co., passed away peacefully, Sunday, September 22, 2024 in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, with family by his side. Born on August 15, 1959, in Windsor, he was a son of the late Herman and Lois (Sampson) Whitehead.

Dad was a man of many talents, especially Landscaping. He loved his family and friends. He was a Montreal Canadiens fan and always had a beer and joint in his hand. You could see the Panuke Road Legend driving up the road on a daily basis.

Angus is survived by his wife of 38 years, Shelley (Parsons); sons, Nathan and Jerome (Megan); daughter, Nicole (Dave); four grandchildren; brother, Wayne (Marg); sisters, Janice (Darrell), Elaine (Dawson) and Betty.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased sisters, Joanne and Waneta; brother, Eric; and special brother-in-law, Paul.

Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317). A Celebration of Life will be held 1-4 p.m., Saturday, October 5, 2024 in the Three Mile Plains Community Hall, 4474 Hwy. 1, Three Mile Plains. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Angus may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, 5826 South St., Halifax, NS B3H 1S6.
