Dear Janice and Family-
We are so sorry for your loss. We first met Charlie after Peter was admitted to Meadowview 1 at the Winsor Elms. Charlie was in the next room to Peter.
Every time we would stop and talk to Charlie he always gave us a big smile and seemed happy to see us. He was a very nice gentleman and it is our loss that we did not have the opportunity to know Charlie much better before Peter entered the Elms.

Met Charlie in 1966 when Dr. Arthur Hines school opened. We were in the same class. He always seemed to have a smile on his face and would try to put one on yours. Good friend and good natured. Will be missed.
