To the Family : I was sorry to hear of Carmans passing, growing in Windsor I spent at lot of time at Carmans garage,as a young boy it was only a hop, skip, and a jump from our house behind Stephen Yetons garage. He always welcomed me there even though thinking back now that I was a bit of a pest, but he was always was nice and friendly, even to the point that he gave me a job cleaning the two washrooms a couple times a week after school. He was a great man and I'm sure hecwill be missed. RIP Carmen.

I got to know Carmen when he had the service station in Windsor. I worked in Windsor & if I had a problem with my vehicle, he would pick it up from the old jail, while I was working at Court, & return it when I was finished. Carmen became a good friend. He was such a friendly, kind person, with always a story to tell. My thoughts are with his family at this time. Cherish your memories and know he is in a better place, now with Carol who he spoke of often.

I met Carman while at the bank. My first and lasting impressions of him have been consistent…he was the gentlest of Gentlemen, so considerate, kind and always smiling. He spoke of his grandkids with pride and of his wife with so much love, it was inspiring. I feel it was a privilege to know a human being like him. Carman, RIP.

Carey, Claudia and family: We have lost a great one! He will be remember in so many ways. We always differed on politics but will always remember when your father was one of three to be presented with the Queen Elizabeth Democracy Medal at the Super 8. All partiniship was set aside that evening and medal presented to three key individuals for their lifetime work with various Hants County Political Associations.
Never once did I not enjoy a conversation with your Dad. Unfortunately I am unable to make service tonight but God Bless! -- Dan and Nancy Isnor-Boyd

Dear Family and Friends of Carmen,
Carmen was a very special person who would do anything for anybody, and we were so lucky to call him our friend/neighbour. Carman was a family man and would talk about his family every chance he could get and would be just brimming with pride. He was a real role model and would always offer support and advice; I know our family along with may others will miss his kind spirit.

Carey, Carla, Cheryl and Claudia,
On behalf of myself and my family, our sincere condolences to each of you and your families in the loss of Carman.
I've known Carman for most of the time I have lived in Windsor. I remember the early days when he and Fred used to share a wood lot on the Chester Road and every fall they would travel out there together to gather the firewood for the winter.
He was always friendly and helpful and up for a good conversation. I always appreciated that he often asked how my family was doing.
Rest in peace, Carman , united once more with Carol.

Carman saved my bacon on many occasion back in the day when I needed a tank of gas or repairs to Dad’s car that I may have inflicted. He would let me work off the bill washing cars, pumping gas, changing tires for a dollar an hour until the debt was paid. Dear friends with our family, a great “ Chester Roader “ he’d say with that distinct tang!
Sincere condolences

Dear Carey and family. Our heartfelt condolences from Duane and I. I will miss your dad’s visits and bringing him cold water from the tap out front when he was mowing. He sure loved the water from the well and this place in general. So soft spoken and kind and always so happy. We will plant something here in his and Carol’s memory, overlooking Zwicker Lake. You and every memory of the family are always welcome at 1039 Highway 14. We feel so fortunate to have this property and to have been able to spend some time with your wonderful Dad.. To Carmen's family, I first met Carmen and Carol when she moved into the Elms where I used to work. Carol moved into the room that had recently been my grandmother's. I always enjoyed all my chats with Carmen mostly in the evenings during his visits with the love of his life. He kept us girls supplied with chocolates and on Friday nights he always arrived with Timmies for everyone. He certainly loved his family. Please accept my deepest condolences during this sad time.
