I Love You Grumpy Grampy. I don't have a single memory of you being grumpy. I always enjoyed our visits. Whether it was you visiting us here in Ontario or when we visited you in Nova Scotia, I only remember us having a great time. You will be missed. Rest in peace Grampy.

We were very sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing and we extend our condolences to you and each family member in this difficult time.
I always admired him and his abilities to be a true leader. I was proud to have worked with Wayne and be able to call him my friend.Many people don’t realize what a knowledgeable person Wayne was dealing with the fire service and truly made the West Hants fire service what it is today.He will truly be missed as a community leader.

Dear Debbie and family. Sandi and I send you our deepest sympathy for the loss of your loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and family member.
Debbie, I've had the good fortune to call you and Wayne my friends all these years and we'll drop by for a visit soon.
I am unable to attend the funeral service but will be with you in my prayers.
For the family; I'll personally miss Wayne as a friend and former co-worker. We joined the Dartmouth Fire Department at the same time and worked together, on the job and off,on numerous occasions, over the next 30 years.
He was an excellent Firefighter, driver and Officer. I always felt secure knowing we had each other's back.

Wayne was a great guy. He was involved in fire calls to the Windsor Elms and afterwards would provide great fire prevention / emergency planning advice to us. Advice that we still practice. I always appreciated and benefited from his professionalism. My sincere condolences to his wife Deborah and family.
