I am so sorry to hear of John’s passing. My brother Sam was a great friend of John’s and they shared many “experiences” together. I always knew John and Cathy growing up in Hantsport and they were wonderful people. I hope Cathy, John and Sam are having a wonderful reunion sharing many of their great adventures together and laughing like crazy. Sympathy to all John’s family.

Thank you John for being the best father in law. Your constant check ins, amazing story telling, teasing, and rare but big beautiful hugs I will cherish forever. You are definitely a good man John. To all the Bishop families . We were so glad to have John and Cathy as our close neighbors for many years in Falmouth. Great neighbors and I don’t think there was ever a weed allowed to grow on John’s lawn .

I just drove past the house in Falmouth yesterday and John and Kathy popped in my head
John worked for me (driving taxi) he was an asset to the company, he liked doing the “NAPA Run”
hence the moving on to NAPA for a time
He did something so sweet at Christmas it brought tears to my eyes with his and Kathy’s generosity for a single mom and her son
