I was shocked to read that Paul has left us. Our deepest condolences to you all. He was a great friend and co-worker at Minas Basin, I learned alot from Paul about the paper industry. There was only one way to do the job.. Paul`s way!

My condolences to Cindy and family of Paul. I worked many years at Minas Basin with Paul and got to know him well. We had lots of laughes and good times while still getting our jobs done. Paul was a great guy and will be missed greatly!

It has been a lot of years since I lived in Mount Denson but the Hartt family were among my dearest friends. I am sad to hear about the loss of Paul. We all were kids, young teenagers having fun. I tell some of games we played like dragging the shiny hubcap years ago! We laughed when people stopped to pick it up. We ran like heck sometimes and some ended in the bulls pen...we hurried slowly out of that, whew!
What fun we all shared as a bunch of teenagers with nothing much to do after dark. No computers like now, outside was where we enjoyed life.
I am sorry to see friends start to disappear like Paul. May he rest peacefully in heaven. ❤️

Cindy, please accept my sincere condolences, I was so sad to hear of Paul's passing. I have always had so much respect for Paul. During my time at Minas Basin, he was a friendly face in an often daunting environment. I will not forget the pride he took in his work as a paper tester and the help he was always willing to give to an inexperienced and frequently stressed paper scheduler. His kindness made a difference.
