Such a terrible loss to our community. He was a wonderful supporter in many ways. Brad was such a great influence on family and the public. I did not
know Brad personally but I knew his lovely wife Jackie from back in highschool.
I had great respect as I knew that his family loved animals and as a Hants SPCA volunteer for going on 20 years it has always warmed my heart that it carries on now. I always look for dogs when I go in Hood's Automotive.

Brad was proud to be an NSAC grad (class of 74 ) and we were proud to have him as a class mate. Everyone was very pleased that he joined us for our reunion last year. We had a great chat there and he beamed with pride when he spoke of his boys taking over the business . A real country gentlemen taken to early

Working for Brad for many years, I had the privilege of knowing him well and learning so much from him. He took such pride in his business and also his family. There were many occasions where customers would assume I was his daughter, the most memorable time Brad came to me jokingly offended that a customer referred to me as his granddaughter. Sending love to the Hood family and I hope you find comfort knowing your parents are reunited again.

I have known Brad and Jackie for over 40 years and have always admired his deep sense of community and he was a tremendously appreciated contributor to all within Windsor/West Hants. He certainly loved his family and his friends, of whom he spoke frequently. We always enjoyed a laugh or two when we met and boy did he love those tractors. He will be sadly missed.
