Tina and Cheryl I was so sad to read about your mom. She was such a kind loving person who always made me feel so welcome at your house. Mom just told me the story that if it wasnt for your grandmother and mom I would never have gone to nursery school. I am so glad they took me as we have been great friends since. I don't see you much but always so special when we do.

Lynn was such a special person ! She was certainly the 'nicest' person I have ever known . i'm a little bit younger than she , and to me she seemed like a princess ! Of course she didn't grow up on or near the 'hill' . That in itself made her seem special . She didn't go to the school that the rest of us attended and her parents even had a car ! She did enjoy playing with the rest of us whenever she was visiting - harley Over being one of the things she remembered most .She was always so well dressed . It is hard to imagine but there were times when I was the delighted recipient of her cast offs . Unfortunately, I grew out of that position way too soon . I have no doubt that , no matter how hard you look , you will never find a nicer person . Personally, I am so thankful for the gift she gave to all of us - The Scheimheimer Geneology ! The hours and hours - the endless amount of time - she must have spent doing that . It certainly shows that any family that traces its' root back to Lunenburg nearly 300 years ago has a branch somewhere on that family tree . I had often thought I would like to do it , but I had no idea where to start . Future generations will be so thankful for what she has done . She was smart , she was pretty , she was so kind , and she always had a smile , a laugh and time for everyone . I, unfortunately, have never had the opportunity to know you , her children , but whatever traits you have inherited from her make you, too , special people .

Lynn was a great committed mother to her four children and as a grandmother her grandchildren .

Dear Cheryl Tina, Keith and Greg. I am so sorry that you lost your Mom. she was so sweet and beautiful. For all the world she reminded me of her aunts Margie and Etta, with always a kind-light in her eye and a gentle word or smile. Your mom and mine (Bev McCann) kind of grew up together. One day they were riding in a car that my grandmother was driving. Mom had a watch,...just a little thing that probably cost next to nothing, but she loved it. Your mom did too. Your mom was holding it and there was a tussle to get it back. My grandmother, annoyed by the disagreement, grabbed the watch and threw it from the moving car. No more watch. My mom was devastated. So was your mom. From that point on, your mother would bring a watch to mom every time she visited. They would laugh together. I witnessed that many times. Your mother was so kind. I saw her last summer and at first she didn't realize it was me. When she did she said to me,...."Oh, if I had known I would have brought you a watch." We laughed in the sharing of that little story like she and mom did. Always a peace maker. If I could I would be with you for your remembrances. As it is I will remember her at the Lord's Table in my little parish church. May she rest peacefully and rise again.
