I am so sorry for your loss. I got to see Doris just before Christmas and told her my name, Kendall. She looked at me with a big smile and replied, "you are June's Kendall!"
It was a nice visit and I always enjoyed the story of how her and Stanley met.

I am so very sorry to hear of Doris passing she was a wonderful lady a heart full of love and always smiling! She was so full of grace and charm ! I will always remember her cooking and her saying “ if you left hungry that’s your own fault “ as she was an amazing cook and always loved feed the neighbourhood! To the Family. Doris was a wonderful women. I first got to know her when she moved into the apartment at Dykeland Lodge She would tell me a little joke and we have a chuckle.She had an amazing since of humor. I helped her on a number of occasions. Before I left shift for the day I would visit her just to see how she was feeling..She always mention how she missed Stanley. Well Doris, Stanley will be waiting with open arms for his faithful and loving wife. I am going to miss her. Heartfelt condolences to her family.

Great memories of Doris and Stanley when we were neighbours in Mt. Denson, back in the seventies. Matthew used to watch him mow the grass on his ride on mower and called him Mr. Minkel , Doris and Stanley
