Age 66 of Windsor, formerly of Three Mile Plains, passed away Friday, March 7, 2025 in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. Born February 1, 1959 in Windsor, he was a son of the late Alec Jackson and Goldie Sampson.

Carmen was known as the “can man” around the area. He called everyone “Friend” and he was a friend to everybody and everyone liked him. Carmen was pleasant to everyone and would help anyone in need. He liked to party and dance to old school music. He was always a fan of making sure he had his Lotta 6/49 in. Carmen was “Cool Breeze”.

Carmen is survived by his sisters, Violet (Bell) Whitehead, Melvina Sampson; brother, Curtis Sampson (Jocelyn States); and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters, Muriel and Bernice Sampson; brothers, Bayfield, Paul and Donald Sampson.

Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317).
