Dear Charlie and Family,
Thinking of you all and wishing you comfort during this difficult time of loss.
We think of Margaret often as we still are using many of the food recipes she kindly shared with us "away back when" in the days of ponies and chickens.
Time passes so quickly, and daily communications gets lost, but we will always remember the special times (and a few name mix-ups) spent with Charlie and Margaret Levy.
Sincere sympathy,
Marg. & Charlie Knowles

Margaret (Mrs. Levy) was my Grade 4 teacher at Newport Station District School. She was kind, funny and a teacher who left a lasting memory for me. I stopped in on both of my campaigns to see her and Charlie as I considered them to be family friends, them having known both my mom and mother-in-law well. She was loved by so many and will be dearly missed. Please know my heart is with you all at this very difficult time.

My favorite memory of Margaret was created the day before school started in about 1985. One son who had been in her class was asked by his brother. “Is Mrs.Levy nice on the first day of school?” The reply :”The first day? She’s nice everyday!” That was an accolade I never forgot. Well deserved.
My condolences to all the family on their loss of this kind, patient lady.

So very sorry to read of Mrs. Levy's passing. She was my Grade IV teacher & the class all loved her. I don't ever remember her raising her voice. Many good memories of her as a neighbour in Newport Station as well.
I did not realize her brother, Keith, had passed. He gifted me with a Labradorite necklace as a thank you for work I completed for him many years ago. I wear it often and will now think of both of them when I do. Clearly, kindness ran in the Baxter family.
