Marina is survived by her son, Jamie; sisters, Edna Porter and Elsie Hartlin; half-brother, Blaine Patterson. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her step-father, Clifford Patterson; her husband of 64 years, Carl C. Carmichael (April 29, 2021); sisters, Julia Wile, Lilly Merritt, Peggy MacDonald; brothers, Frank and Harris “Bob” Burgess and half-brother, Leslie “Les” Patterson. Many thanks and appreciation to her nephew, Russell Burgess and his son, James; as well as family friends, Harden and Donna Wile and their daughters, Claire and Chloe, for all their support and care.
